Insulated Panels
Insulated Panels
Innova Roofings & Joinery offers supply of insulated roofing, ceiling and cladding panels in a wide range of thickness, attractive colours and complete range of flashings /trims and associated accessories. The panels are offered made from sandwiching one of the following 3-foams as the core material between two facings of the metallic sheets namely – Polyurethane Rigid Foam (PUR), Polyisocyanurate Foam (PIR) and Rockwool. Pre-painted Galvalume sheets / Pre-Painted Galvanized sheets / Bare Galvalume sheets are used as the two-side facings. Mill finished Aluminium or Pre-painted Aluminium sheets are incorporated for the sun facing side, where a higher degree of protection against heat and corrosion is required. Innova Roofings and joinery offers insulated panels in a standard width of 1000 mm and the length of the panels (subject to a maximum of 12 M), thickness of the top and bottom skins of the metallic sheets, core insulation material and thickness of the core section can be customized as per customer’s requirement. Innova Roofings & Joinery offers insulated roofing, ceiling and cladding panels manufactured under continuous production technology where all the materials are processed together and formed panel is cut to desired length without stopping the production line. The range of insulated panels offered by Innova Roofings & Joinery is as below:

Thermal insulated roofing & wall cladding panels
Sandwich panels with insulating core in rigid plastic foam (PUR & PIR technology), consist the ideal solution for roofing and wall claddings with increased thermal insulation requirements. Rigid plastic foam is an unrivalled insulating material, minimizing thermal losses through its mass, and in combination with the air-tight and thermal-bridge-free joint insulated panels, result in a roofing and all cladding system that offers a comfortable indoor climate, significant energy savings, remarkable load-bearing capacity and pleasant aesthetics. The wide range of insulated panels offered by Innova Roofings & Joinery provides solutions for various cases of roofing and wall cladding requirements and are supplied in a thickness range of 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100 mm for roofing and 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm.
Fire resistance roofing & wall cladding panels
Sandwich panels with insulating core in mineral wool, consist a reliable solution for roofing, façade claddings and for partition walls with requirements for increased performance against fire and maintaining a sufficient level of thermal insulation. Due to its inorganic nature, the core material is non-combustible, and when exposed to fire does not contribute to fire growth. In combination with the robust and thermal-bridge-free joint of fire resistance nature of insulated panels, a fire-resistant roofing and wall cladding element is obtained, that acts as a barrier against flames, smoke and heat, preventing fire from spreading to adjacent buildings, preventing contamination of the surroundings of the building and offering much needed time for the rescue teams to offer their services for providing safe passage for occupants. The fire resistance panels offered by Innova Roofings & Joinery comes with a variety of surface profiling and a joint’s typology that allows both, vertical and horizontal panel installation with visible screw fixing and concealed screw fixing to meet with a wide range of roofing and wall-cladding requirements. The panels are supplied in a thickness range of 50, 80 and 100 mm for roofing and cladding applications, with the coated steel skin on either side of the panel in 0.47 mm TCT and above.
Cold storage panels
Sandwich panels with insulating core in rigid plastic foam (PUR & PIR technology), provides the ideal solution for fast and reliable construction of cold-rooms in positive and negative temperature applications, where thermal insulation and air-tightness are the key parameters. The cold storage panels offered by Innova Roofings & Joinery provides
- High thermal resistance
- Air-tight and vapor-proof joints
- Increased load-bearing capacity,
- Durability
- Ease of installation, due to its lightweight nature and dimensional stability
The cold storage panels are supplied in a thickness range of 30, 40, 50, 60 mm for refrigerated rooms with positive temperature and in a thickness range of 80, 100, 120, 150, 180 and 200 mm with labyrinth joints suitable for freezing to deep freezing cold rooms.

Architectural Panels
Innova Roofings & Joinery offers insulated architectural sandwich panels having greater dimensional stability in terms of cover width, surface profiling – and surface finishing consistency offering excellent architectural design and pleasing aesthetics. The panels are designed in such a way that the longitudinal joints allow for both vertical and horizontal installations and provide ease of interlocking. The insulated architectural panels offered by Innova Roofings & Joinery are complimented by standardized and custom-made finishing profiles that enhance the aesthetics of the building. The insulated architectural panels are supplied in a thickness range of 50, 80 and 100 mm in double labyrinth joints that offers concealed fixing of screws.Acoustic Panels
Sandwich panels, a light-weight construction system presents remarkable performance in terms of acoustics. Polyurethane panels do offer a certain extent of acoustic insulation, but mineral wool panels can offer a significant level of sound insulation, by reducing sound transmission from the sound producing room to adjacent rooms or to surroundings. The mineral wool panels with perforated steel faces, offer increased sound absorption resulting in enhanced sound insulation (acoustic) by reducing sound transmission to surroundings and reverberation which also results in consequent reduction of sound level inside the sound source room. The acoustic panels are supplied in a thickness range of 50, 80 & 100 mm with a minimum 0.47 mm TCT thickness of coated steel skin in perforated profile as the bottom skin. The acoustic panels offered by Innova Roofings & Joinery consist an ideal solution for:
- Isolating noise sources such as in engine rooms and equipment rooms
- Noise reduction inside working places of increased sound level
- Acoustics improvement (reduced reverberation) of theatres, concert halls, recording and broadcasting studios etc.
Clean Room Panels
The electronic, high-tech, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, aerospace, medical and many other industries depend on clean room technology. As products become smaller, the chance of contamination in manufacturing becomes higher. For pharmaceutical companies, clean, safe and contaminant-free products are imperative to manufacturing and distributing a viable product. Clean rooms guarantee an internal environment of controlled cleanliness, maintaining airborne dust and biological particles within limited levels of concentration. Innova Roofings & Joinery offers insulated wall and ceiling panels having a variety of core and surface materials with carefully designed jointing systems to meet a wide range of requirements, in terms of cleanliness level, thermal insulation and corrosion resistance. The clean room panels are supplied in thickness range of 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180 and 200 mm.
